We did Suji and Shiv’s engagement photos at Mount Wilson in the Blue Mountains
Suji has an infectious laugh. From the moment we chatted on the phone to this pre-wedding shoot, I found myself doubling up in laughter around Shiv and her. Shiv and her are TV and board game nerds. Almost every photo was clicked on the back of a TV or board game reference bringing about rip roaring laughter.
We had to get all of “three” of them in the photo on the rightI asked Suji if she had to bust out one dance move for Shiv, what would that be? Clearly Wakanda Forever was the answerOnce again, we were lucky to have golden light streaming in through the forest despite the forecast being for rainCheck out their own halo around them. Sometimes it’s just about changing your perspective (and your lens) to create photos such as these.Is that rain? Is that dew? Nah.. probably the sun just lighting up dust spots in the air.. or on my lens?Pro tip: Always have a drone with you on an adventure shoot. I mean is it even an adventure shoot minus a drone?Taking photos in the middle of a country highway is not advisable. They said. I had Suji and Shiv’s back and they had mine. We lived to tell the tale.Again, is it even a shoot with me if it doesn’t involve a mini bootcamp session? We descended 700 odd steps and up again. Suji did all of that in her dress.
