So, this was our first international destination wedding and what a wedding it was! Stephanie and Prashanth had the most incredible and colourful week of celebrations with their guests from around the world ranging from the US, Australia, UK, India amongst a few.
Steph absolutely rocked the saree and wore it as elegantly as I’ve ever seen an Indian woman do. Prashanth’s vows, his dad Sridhar’s speech touched a cord amongst all. The sangeet was another momentous event with Prashanth’s family putting on a fine exhibition of things Bollywood and Tamil. We got the opportunity to get some amazing photos right by the venue in a little forest like space.
I loved the way the reception panned out with all the formalities finishing up within the first hour of it and the dance floor raging on from as early as 8pm! In my opinion, that’s what all receptions should be about. A celebration of the couple with their families and friends and what better way to express it than raving on the dance floor!
